Dr. Kito Lord, Director of Emergency Medicine, joins Dr. Coopwood to discuss one of our toughest Premier Behaviors – “Challenge the Status Quo.” Dr. Lord came to Regional One Health from his native Philadelphia to do just that, and it has resulted in shorter emergency department wait times and better interaction between the ED and trauma.
